Device for heat and smoke outlet is designed to rectify the movement of toxic fouling.  Smoke barriers divide buildings in individual smoke sections, thus preventing spread and penetration of smoke to other areas of the premises. The main function is smoke accumulation, prevention of its spread, correcting and outlet in a planned manner - away from the building.  The company AVAPS developed smoke barriers, for the design of which they used two material types – glass and textile, and launched textile and glass smoke barriers on the market. Glass static smoke barriers (ASKOZ) can be used in premises where the focus is understandably on the function, but mainly on the aesthetical aspect.  Without any problems they can be installed in luxurious hotels, as well as in shops and shopping centres. In terms of design they are designed not to disturb the visible part of the premises to avoid its optical partition.
On the contrary, textile static smoke barriers can be used in areas where the focus is mainly on the functionality.  These are passive smoke barriers (ATEKOZ). However, it does not mean that these cannot be used at other places. For this reason, an alternative was developed on the basis of shutters – active – i.e. mobile – textile active smoke barriers (ATRKOZ). These are coiled in a box all the time. This box can be placed e.g. above the lower ceiling and only a thin strip is visible which puts the barriers to the required position if the alarm is triggered.
