Plastic Thermally Insulated Fire Shutter
FIRE RESISTANCE: EW 15 DP1 TO EW 120 DP1 or EI 120 DP1
Sectional fire shutters are used to part protected escape ways, divide big industrial halls and sales areas in fire sections, close openings through which continuous manufacturing line passes, etc.
The main quality required is the fire resistance of these shutters. Fire shutters FLEMA PS 60 have fire resistance EI 45 DP3.
The fire shutter FLEMA PS 60 was successfully tested in the PAVUS a.s. test institute, and was granted a certificate No. 216/C5a/2007/0112. The manufacturer issues Declaration of Conformity for individual commissions, within the interpretation of Act No. 22/1997 Coll., as amended.
Technical properties
- The shutter is made of synthetic panels with a flame-retarding core (of 300 m height and 40 mm thickness), individual panels are connected by means of hinges, anchored in panels.
- The design enables placing on an opening without any additional special structures, fixation in concrete, masonry or steel profiles.
- Maximum dimensions of the shutter are to 6 x 4.5 m, or to maximum area 25 m2
- The shutter is controlled electrically (400 V) by means of an external driving system (electric motor with gearbox and electromagnetic brake).
- It allows automatic closing from EPS switchboard (by 24V DC signal or potential-free contact).
- Electronic control of individual functions of the shutter proceeds by means of a special AOP control unit, including control elements (buttons or key control).
- Local autonomous fire sensors, optical and acoustic signalling can be supplied together with the shutter.
- These sectional fire shutters have approximate weight 30 kg/ m2
- The speed of the shutter closing is approx. 100 mm/s.
- The colour design of the shutter is in red and grey.
